Finding a good therapist can be stressful! Especially if you’re looking for someone who is easy to talk to, yet skilled enough to facilitate your healing.

I’m so glad you found your way here!

For over 15 years I have provided high-quality mental health services to girls and women with a range of life experiences. To facilitate unlocking their innate hope, resiliency, and confidence.

Creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, understood, respected, and resourced with the skills to flourish forward.

Our sessions will be tailored to you. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I will work to help facilitate discovery, understanding, change, and/or acceptance in a way that is most comfortable for you. My practice is informed by evidence-based techniques, including, to name a few Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure Therapy.

I believe that healing is holistic. Therefore, I blend these treatments, with mind, body, and spirit approaches, focusing on all aspects of your humanity. All geared towards your elevation, restoration and personal growth!
