How would you describe your therapeutic style?

“Warm, accepting and inclusive describes my therapeutic style. Fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships where you feel seen, understood and respected. Balancing frank insights with nourishing care and empathy.

I cultivate a person-centered, nonjudgmental atmosphere where you can feel at ease bringing your full self to session, while being resourced with evidence-based skills to flourish forward!

Over the past 16+ years, I have place a high value on careful listening, being fully present, professional ethics and accountability. At the end of each session, I ask for clients to rate how effective our time together was. Welcoming feedback on how I can improve our next appointment. Come and see for yourself, let’s chat!”
