All you need is a laptop, iPad, or phone with a strong internet connection and a private space to talk. After scheduling a time to meet online, you will receive an email with the link to join the video call. When you click on the link during our appointment time, you’ll see your therapist appear on your screen, and your session will progress as it would in person.

We currently accept insurance from BF&M and CG Insurance. See our competitive rates at the top of the page. We provide a reduced rate of $155 for clients who possess Argus, GEHI, are uninsured or who have utilized their allotment insurance-covered sessions for the year.

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance or the full fee will be charged. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by communicating directly with me
We understand that life happens. Sickness, accidents, and emergencies can be entirely unpredictable and sometimes a 24-hour notice is impossible. Grace and compassion will be extended to those with extenuating circumstances.
